Welcome to my website!
I am a Visiting Fellow at the Institute for Technology and Civic Leadership in the Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech. I also co-direct the Immigration Law Lab at Emory, where I recently completed my PhD in political science.
My research considers how technology and innovation shape access to justice for marginalized groups in American legal institutions. I currently study the origins and impact of video teleconferencing technology in United States immigration courts.
I co-founded and organize the Junior Law and Politics Research Community. I also contribute to Deportation Data Project.
